How long will my order take?
Most items are produced in 2 to 5 business days, then shipped. US delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after production. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Can I personalize my item?
Many of our products can be personalized with names, dates, or short text. Look for the personalization box on the product page, and double-check spelling before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
Can I return an item if it does not fit?
Because each item is printed just for you, we cannot accept returns for size or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 2 hours of placing it. Email us right away at contact@inklanestudio.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International delivery times and any customs fees are explained in our Shipping Policy.
How do I care for my items?
Wash apparel inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Mugs are best washed by hand to keep the print bright.
